Enjoyed the "delicious" breakfast and the access to the garden or courtyard. The restaurant BISTRO was "gorgeous" and the garage was a "great advantage".

Such a shame about the "terrible" smell of smoke in the room from someone else's balcony.

The hotel has a good location, the room was a bit small and we didn't like that we got two separate beds instead of one matrimonial bed (no one asked, reservation was for double room so maybe you should specify that you want matrimonial bed) but we had a nice balcony, the bathroom was nice and the room itself good. Breakfast was very good as well.

Room could be bigger, carpet could be new. and there is some little detail which is weird but not necessary bad, that is that you have to ring the bell when you come to the hotel and they open the door for you ..

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with the buffet (white sausages and bread were particularly nice) every morning. When I asked for tea after meal, the staff prepared me tea in a pot to enjoy in the little garden-which was quite refreshing. The chocolate on the bed made me smile. A bottle of sparkling bottle is on the house. All and all, I enjoyed the week-long stay with the nice and friendly staffs. It is a short (5-10 min. walk) to both Bonn West Station and Stad Haus Station. 15-20 min. walk to the Markt or the central Bonn shopping/sightseeing area. Approximately 10 Euro from Bonn Central Station by Taxi. So the location was also good.

We did have some problem with getting the iron and iron board- they were all used by other guests. But the hotel staffs were helpful in trying to have the iron and iron board ready for us. I guess this is a common knowledge to frequent travellers to Europe, but the hotel only provides body shower gel and a soap. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner (the stores around the hotel closes early so getting it past 6 or 7 pm may be a little difficult). Sometime the internet connection was weak in the room but with mostly no problem in the lobby.

We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance to the city center of Bonn. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing accurate and timely information about transportation and other services. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the green surroundings.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I was staying for four days and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and did what they could to help me. The bed was comfortable and was very clean. The breakfast was standard fair of a buffet contienental with some hot food, like eggs, sausage and the like. They offered to give me a wake up call before I asked, which I found very attentive and always a smile and a hello.

There is no free wifi, which is a shame. I was originally given a tiny room which I said no to and then another with two single beds, again not suitable for the money I was paying until they gave me a normal size room. The decor could be brought up to date a bit, as the reception was very nice, but the rest does need a bit of change especially at this price. The coffee wasn't great also in the morning, but that is probably just German coffee for you, so can't complain on that.

Loved the delicious buffet breakfast, especially the fresh organic products! The balconies were a great alternative for smoking, just what I needed. Also, the underground garage was super convenient, just like parking at the airport, but fancier!

The hotel itself is really beautiful and architecturally interesting. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are huge!

Parking garage is a little hard to navigate. Great for a Smart Car, not so much for anything bigger. But we made it!

Spent an amazing Christmas holiday in a cozy hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of food to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of the city. The private parking was a real bonus. The view to the garden from the balcony was just breathtaking.

The room was on the small side, but manageable for two people. The cleaning was only done in the morning, so we had to plan our day accordingly.

The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for a foodie like me. I could whip up my own meals and enjoy them in the combined living and sleeping area, which had a cozy large sofa bed.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathtub in the private bathroom. I prefer quick showers, but I understand that others might enjoy a relaxing soak.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartmenthotel Kaiser Karl. The room was newly refurbished and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony and a luxurious bathroom with a rainshower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with the city centre just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the nearby burger and Italian restaurants. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel in a semi-residential area close to the city center. The hotel was very clean and well-equipped with facilities such as a kitchen, spacious rooms, and fitness centers nearby. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with parking, late check-out, and providing a quiet room. The location was ideal with many good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as easy access to transportation.
